A separate entry form is to be used for each class entered. NOTE: entry fee(s) will not be refunded after Oct. 15th.
Please refer to the Fees section for appropriate fee for each class. Entry fees must be received no later than 11:59pm on October 15th. Late entries and fees will not be accepted.

Syllabus
Please visit acnmp.ca syllabus for a list of selections as well as festival rules and guidelines. Vocal registrants must use the revised Calgary syllabus only; do not use the online ACNMP version. The most recent vocal syllabus, as well as piano and string syllabus supplements are available on our website.
Special Repertoire
Requests
Any special requests for repertoire not included in the syllabus must be submitted to the Showcase Committee for approval no later than Monday September 30th. Include a copy of the score and accompaniment (if applicable) with your request. Submit requests by email to chair@cscalgary.ca. Approval will be communicated with teachers ONLY; parents should not contact the committee regarding repertoire requests.
Volunteers
Contemporary Showcase is a volunteer organization. We rely on your assistance to make our festival happen! Please include your availability here or in the volunteer section of the entry form for adjudicator assistant or greeter duties, and invite parents, friends, students, and community members to become involved. Thank you for your time!
Advertising & Donations
Contemporary Showcase is a non-profit organization. We issue receipts for charitable donations of $25 or more (Charitable No. 118782754RR0001). Contemporary Showcase also offers an advertising opportunity in our festival program. Contact the festival coordinator for details, at chair@cscalgary.ca.
Scholarships & Awards
Scholarships are available to performers who are recognized by the adjudicator. These are made possible by charitable donations and are presented at our Gala Performance. Performers must meet the requirements for their class (ie. number of pieces required, minimum time requirement) in order to be considered for an award. Please refer to the syllabus for specific guidelines. In addition, to be eligible for a scholarship, performers must not register in a lower class number than in previous years, or remain in the same level class for more than 2 years.
